General Conditions of Sale and Reservation

Reservations:

Reservations are made either online on our website, by phone or face to face. These will be effectively taken into account from the moment the customer has paid an amount of deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount of the service or the total amount of the service. In the case of a partial amount, the balance must be paid to us on the day of the activity.

Once your reservation is registered, you will receive your invitation by email with all the practical information and the technical sheet. The meeting places and times appearing in this document are for information only.

Cancellations:

Any cancellation by the customer must be notified 7 days in advance (30 days in the case of climbing courses or groups of more than 4 people), so that the deposit can be reimbursed. After these deadlines, the deposit will not be refunded.

The instructor can cancel the activity in the event of force majeure (weather forecast, risk assessment, etc.), or modify the itinerary or certain planned services without reimbursement possible, except in the event of total cancellation.

The instructor is the guarantor of the safety of the participants, he is solely responsible for deciding to continue or stop the activity.

Participation:

Participation in activities implies acceptance of the security conditions.

Minors unaccompanied by an adult during the activity must present parental authorization.

Participants must not present any medical contraindication for the chosen activity. In the event of a slight contraindication, each participant is required to notify the instructor before the start of the activity.

Insurance:

Each instructor has a civil liability covering the supervision of his activities. Any information relating to the insurance conditions can be provided on request.

Each participant must be insured for civil liability. It is strongly recommended that each practitioner have or take out personal accident insurance covering mountain sports and associated practices.

Theft and damage:

La Belle Cordée declines all responsibility in the event of loss, theft or damage to personal property.

Any material damage involving the responsibility of the customer will be at his expense.

Each participant must comply with the precautionary and safety instructions given by the instructors.
La Belle Cordée reserves the right to expel at any time a person whose inappropriate behavior may compromise the safety of the group.

The price includes:

Unless otherwise indicated, the price indicated includes the following:


- supervision by a state-certified instructor
- the provision of technical equipment
- professional liability insurance for the instructor

He does not understand :

- Travel to get to the activity sites (unless otherwise agreed)
- Meals and drinks
- Shoes specific to the activity
